Mike has extensive experience leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives, both strategically and operationally. His leadership roles have involved shaping inclusive policies, supporting diverse teams, addressing barriers to progression, and embedding EDI principles into organisational culture, communication, and staff development. He has worked closely with managers and frontline teams to strengthen inclusive practice, improve confidence in handling sensitive issues, and create environments where all colleagues and stakeholders feel valued.
