The ability of leaders to use coaching skills within their everyday working activity is widely recognized as fundamental to their success. Delivered collaboratively between Mike and Jon, COTG will create teams who work collaboratively and will encourage more open, constructive, and purposeful communication while strengthening leadership, collaboration, and employee engagement. COTG will support culture change towards a high-performance ethos. By providing participants with practical skills they can use immediately, we specifically use bite-sized snackable content for immediate application, by building actions into rather than onto existing work streams. Each paticipant will recieve the COTG handbook and will undertake a pre workshop assessment tool (known as GIZMO) which will provide a startpoint to develop strong coaching skills as part of their work.
